Mariposa Building Services began with a simple goal—offer dependable HVAC services to the Orillia community with honesty and skill. Founded by lifelong local Martin Cunningham, the company was built on personal responsibility and a deep connection to the town it serves. Martin saw the need for an HVAC company that puts people first. Today, the Mariposa team includes experienced professionals who take pride in every repair, replacement, and installation. As a certified Trane dealer, we also work with trusted brands like Mitsubishi Electric, RunTru, and GE. Our focus is on doing the job right, building lasting relationships, and helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable year-round. We believe that real service means showing up on time, explaining things clearly, and standing behind every result.
